Ltd. is a biotech firm founded with a join initiative by Mr. Shree Narayan Agrawal and Dr. Suman Preet Singh Khanuja in the year 2009, is engaged in development, manufacturing & marketing of innovative science driven products in nutrition, functional foods and nutraceutical space. We have a vision to enable quality of life through health sense food and are currently working on development of validated technologies for functional foods and nutraceuticals.

Introducing Pasta & Spaghetti under the brand Nutra Hi, which is GLUTEN FREE and VEGAN, Nutra Hi Pastas & Spaghetti, contain whole grain and fresh vegetable powders giving complete nutrition of protein, iron, calcium, dietary fiber, etc. Ideally, Pasta & Spaghetti are made of Flour. However, our pastas are made of whole grain, low GI rice and vegetable powders preventing any kind of ill-effect on our health. An excellent substitute to Flour pasta which keeps you healthy. Our pastas do not contain any added color, flavor or preservative and are Vegan.

A commerce graduate from Bombay University who had a childhood dream of building up a global niche in petrochemicals and started with a very modest beginning of distribution of kerosene on handcarts and bullock carts. Known for his intrinsic skill of locating and nurturing human relations in all walks of life. He is a well-known address for most of the Multinationals’ and Public Sector Undertakings in lubricant industry.Shree Narayan has developed deep interest and insight in nutraceutical and herbal products in technical collaboration with Dr. Govind Paratkar, a renowned scientist and technologist as knowledge partner. This unique combination of science and business has initiated a process of establishing a world class laboratory for Nutraceuticals research and processing technology at Turbhe in Navi Mumbai. The new venture by name NutraHelix Biotech Pvt. Ltd. Is a research based nutraceutical biotech industry start-up with Dr Govind Paratkar as Chief Mentor and Shree Narayan as Chief Operator. The project on an unconventional organizational structure is taking shape in this nutrition sector specific as leadership venture.

With Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University is pursuing his MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. He is the young and dynamic face of the company with a strong vision to convert a family managed business of Nandan Group into a widely held and professionally managed body corporate.His key role as a Managing Director for marketing and business development now in this science driven business venture NutraHelix Biotech Pvt Ltd. His capability of driving the change management agenda by implementing ERP Package, Human Capital Enhancement Package, R & D, Technology up-gradation brings in a promise in this new leadership venture in Nutra-biotech sector.

Dr. Govind Paratkar

Director- Nutrahelix Biotech

A Scientist, who has formulated Gluten Free Food Products in INDIA with Nutrahelix Biotech Pvt. Ltd.He comes with a teaching experience of over 35 Years in the field of Botany & Biotechnology.

He holds an experience of over 10 Years in the Food Research & Development Industry in India. Also an advisor in Scientific Research Centre India and a member of NAAC – National Assessment and Accreditation Council. Dr. Govind has published his research papers in both National & International Journals respectively.

He also was a research guide for PhD for university of Mumbai, and has guided many students for their PhD degree’s respectively, in the field of Botany & Biotechnology.
